916a. Median point patch of tergites III and IV extending laterally as far as the lateral adhesion marks, narrowly separated from an equally wide posterior transverse point band, to which it is often joined in a number of places leaving a row of narrow bare spaces between (086n.jpg).

916b. Median point patches of tergites III and IV extending laterally nearly as far as the lateral adhesion marks anteriorly, thereafter narrowed rapidly to the outer limit of the anterior adhesion marks and then to the broad fusion with the posterior transverse point band on each side of the posterior adhesion marks, leaving a wide mid-lateral bare patch (087i.jpg).
