Author: Moubayed, 1985

Diagnosis (Material in coll. ZSM)
Exuviae 3.8-4.8mm long (n=7).
Cephalothorax: Frontal setae on frontal apotome, 75-100µm long (n=5). Thoracic horn 305-375µm long, small-toothed, horn not bifid or strongly jagged at apex (041f.jpg); ThR 5.2-6.4 (n=7).
Abdomen: Dorsal anterior transverse apodeme of segment II colourless medially, giving the appearance of being incomplete. Tergites without a median transverse row of strong points. Tergites III-V between the dorsal setae with more or less evenly distributed small points, which are gradually a little larger posteriorly on each segment. Three or four lateral setae on segments II-VI, not taeniate; lateral taeniae of segments VI-VIII: (0,1)2,4,4.
Anal segment: Anal lobe ratio 1.6-2.1 (n=7). Fringe of anal lobe with 9-27 short taeniae; longest 60-88µm long, 3µm wide, 0.18-0.27x length of the anal lobe (n=7); taeniae irregularly inserted on the lobe, somewhat stiff (especially the short basal ones), giving an untidy 'spiky' appearance, fringe continued to the bases of the three anal macrosetae (041g.jpg). Length of anal macrosetae 0.74-0.92x length of the anal lobe (n=7). Genital sheaths without an apical papilla.
