Eukiefferiella fuldensis

Diagnosis (Material in coll. ZSM)
Exuviae 2.4-2.7mm long (n=4).
Cephalothorax: Thoracic horn 150-195µm long (n=4), broadest at base, tapered to a long apical filament, more strongly tapered over the basal half. Length horn base 0.3-0.35x length horn (n=4); ThR (base) 1.9-2.2 (n=4). Median antepronotal setae 1,2: 95-140; 80-100µm long; precorneal setae 1-3: 95-118; 95-118; 40-65µm long; dorsocentral setae 1-4: 50-65; 45-65; 33-40; 50-60µm long (n=3). Thorax smooth. Pearl row absent.
Abdomen: Hook rows on tergites with a broad median gap, hooks III 5/4-7/10, IV 6/5-7/8, V 5/5-7/10 (n=4). Abdominal segments II-V dorsally nearly covered with small points except for the adhesion marks; VI-VIII progressively less extensively armed (no anterior transverse band of strong points). Shagreen restricted to an anterior transverse band. Tergites II-VIII with a posterior band of points which diminish in size laterally; longest points III 13-15; IV 15µm long (n=3). Segment VIII with two strong lateral setae.
Anal segment: Anal lobe ratio 1.6-2.3 (n=3). Fringe absent, anal macrosetae conspicuous, 0.97-1.0x length of the anal lobe (n=3).
