Rheotanytarsus samaki

Diagnosis
Exuviae 3.1-3.6mm long (m=3.3mm, n=13).
Cephalothorax: Frontal apotome granulate. Thoracic horn 140-190µm long (m=168.2µm, n=11); ThR 5.3-6.9 (m=5.9, n=10). Thorax with minute points 1-4µm long. Pearl row absent.
Abdomen: Tergites II-IV with paired anterior point patches and II with an additional pair of small patches posteriorly (134k.jpg). The postero-lateral corner of segment VIII bears a simple, cleft or toothed spur, or three spurs, of which the outermost is the strongest and bent as a hook. Lateral taeniae of segments IV-VIII: 0,0,0,0,0,0.
Anal segment: Anal lobes without fringe.
