Metriocnemus terrester

Diagnosis
Exuviae 4.1-5.6mm long (m=4.5mm, n=8).
Abdomen: Tergites II-IX densely covered with conspicuous tubercular points except for an anterior transverse band of small triangular points or spinules and the posterior transverse row of spine-like teeth (062i.jpg). Tergites VI-VIII without a median circular patch of spinules. Sternites not armed posteriorly with teeth.
Anal segment: Anal lobes flat, without fringe or strong teeth along the lateral margins and not extended posteriorly into a downwardly curved point. Anal lobe ratio 1.7-2.1 (n=4). Anal lobes with 3 spinous anal macrosetae on each lobe, 0.13-0.3x lobe length (n=7) (062j.jpg).
