Cricotopus pallidipes

Exuviae 3.0-3.4mm long (n=9).
Cephalothorax: Frontal setae on frontal apotome, 47, 55µm long (n=2). Thoracic horn 70-112µm long (m=98µm, n=11); ThR 5.8-10.0 (m=8.0, n=11) (091m.jpg).
Abdomen: Posterior margin of tergite II with 34-45 hooks (m=39, n=10). Pedes spurii B on segments II and III large, conical (091n.jpg). Armament of tergites III-V not extending past the anterior adhesion marks (though there may be some scattered small points in the antero-lateral corners of the tergites); median and posterior transverse bands rarely joined. Point patches absent on tergites VII and VIII. Segment VIII with 5 lateral setae, seta 4 marginally larger than setae 1-3 and 5.
Anal segment: Anal lobe ratio 1.5-1.9 (n=8); fringe absent. Anal macrosetae more or less equally strong.
