Diagnosis (leg. P. Michailova)
Exuviae 9.9mm long (n=1).
Cephalothorax: Frontal apotome more gradually contracted to apex (149o.jpg) (but can be squashed in some preparations to resemble that of Glyptotendipes pallens). Cephalic tubercles very short, less than 100µm long, their bulbous bases not meeting medially. Praefrons at most (rarely) with sparse vague granulation, normally smooth apart from the usual creases. Thoracic horn much branched.
Abdomen: Tergite armament not restricted to posterior mounds. Epaulettes racket-shaped, present on tergites II-VI. EpR II-VI 1.0 : 1.18, 1.45 : 1.24, 1.64 : 1.88, 2.45 : 3.06, 4.09 (n=2). Comb of segment VIII with 0-4 narrow spinous teeth (n=2) (149p.jpg). Lateral taeniae of segments V-VIII: 4,4,4,5.
Anal segment: Fringe of anal lobe with 99/108 taeniae (n=1).
