Diagnosis (n=3, leg. H. Laville, J.J. Casas.)
Exuviae 1.8-2.0mm long.
Cephalothorax: Thoracic horn and pearl row absent.
Abdomen: Posterior points on tergites II-VIII much enlarged and set on tubercles, sometimes resembling the armament of Metriocnemus spp.. Tergite II without an apical transverse band of hooks or pad of hooked spines. Segments III-VI with an apical transverse row of small hooks. All lateral setae bristle-like.
Anal segment: Anal lobe ratio 1.6-1.8. Anal lobes fringed with 9-12+1 taeniate setae; taeniae restricted to the posterior half, with a row of small teeth ventrally, internal to the insertion of the taeniae. Anal macrosetae cylindrical, hooked at tip.
