Diagnosis
Exuviae 7.4-9.3mm long (m=8.0mm, n=11).
Cephalothorax: Thoracic horn 815-880µm long (m=842µm, n=8), horn swollen, rounded apically, with a small offset apical plastron plate (017g.jpg); ThR 1.5-2.4 (m=2.0, n=8). Thorax comb with 10-17 teeth. Thorax finely transversely wrinkled from suture.
Abdomen: Armament of abdominal tergites (especially medially) mostly of individual points as if here the scale shagreen is reduced, each scale to a single point (017j.jpg). Lateral taeniae of segment VII 4, VIII 5(4,6); anterior lateral taenia of segment VII at 0.38-0.54 of length segment VII (m=0.49, n=12).
Anal segment: Anal lobes 730-860µm long (m=794µm, n=12), more or less parallel-sided to the anterior lateral taenia, thereafter narrowed to the tip. Anal lobe ratio 2.0-2.4 (m=2.2, n=12).

Distribution
Palaearctic species: widespread in Europe.
