Diagnosis (material leg. M. Rieradevall.)
Cephalothorax: Frontal apotome at most with rounded granules, usually more or less smooth. Frontal setae long, taeniate. Dorsocentral setae 3 and 4 small. Pearl row present.
Abdomen: Sternite II without long spinules (but may be armed with much smaller spinules, in which case sternite I is unarmed).
Anal segment: Anal macrosetae not taeniate?
