Diagnosis
Exuviae 5.1-5.4mm long (n=3).
Cephalothorax: Cephalic tubercles 110-135µm long (n=5). Frontal setae 25-38µm long (n=5).
Abdomen: Hook row II medially interrupted, length of row 0.21-0.26 (0.16-0.24 gap) 0.20-0.25x width tergite (n=3); hooks 25-38 in each half row (n=5). Sternite I with only the outer mound represented, less strongly toothed and may be difficult to distinguish when pushed into itself in the mount; in addition an arched field of points may be extensively developed (115j.jpg). Tergite VII without a posterior transverse point row. Tergites II-V with a complete posterior transverse row or narrow band of strong points. Comb of segment VIII absent. Lateral taeniae of segments V-VIII: 4,4,4,5.
Anal segment: Fringe of anal lobe with 45-59 taeniae (n=5). Forked anal processes absent.

Distribution
Palaearctic species: widespread in Europe, circum-Mediterranean.
