Diagnosis (in part after Hirvenoja and Hirvenoja, 1988a - in italics)
Exuviae 1.9-2.3mm long (m=2.1mm, n=5).
Cephalothorax: Frontal apotome at most with rounded granules, usually more or less smooth. Frontal setae taeniate, about 5µm wide, about 150µm long. Dorsocentral seta 3 taeniate, 3-5µm wide, long, about 135µm. 1-4 mostly weak pearl rows.
Abdomen: Dorsal shagreen on segments II-IX. Sternite I unarmed; II with spinules about 3µm long.
Anal segment: Anal lobe ratio 1.3-2.4 (m=1.7, n=6). Fringe of anal lobe with 24+1 to 43+1 taeniae (m=39+1, n=7). Apical setae of anal lobes taeniate, anterior apical seta at taeniae 11-21.
