Diagnosis (n=1)
Exuviae 5.2mm long.
Cephalothorax: Cephalic tubercles 75µm long (105l.jpg). Frontal setae 75µm long.
Abdomen: Hook row II with 71 hooks. The median transverse pair of point patches may be separate or fused, in which case a longitudinally oval bare space is left posteriorly; the long points on each side of this may spread inwards posteriorly to enclose the space. Tergite VI with greatly enlarged points posteriorly as well as medially (105k.jpg). Conjunctives III/IV-V/VI beset with conspicuous, robust, 7µm long spinules (105k.jpg). Comb of segment VIII 4/7 small teeth. Lateral taeniae of segments V-VIII: 4,4,4,5.
Anal segment: Fringe of anal lobe with 53/50 taeniae.

Distribution
Afrotropical species with wide Mediterranean distribution (Azzouzi et al., 1992a).
