Diagnosis (Material in coll. ZSM)
Exuviae 2.5-3.7mm long (n=3).
Cephalothorax: Thoracic horn 230-410µm long (n=3), broadest at base, tapered to apex, more strongly tapered over the basal half; ThR 7.1-11.7 (n=3). Median antepronotal setae: 80-90µm long (n=3); precorneal setae 1-3: 65-90; 47-53; 47µm long (n=3); dorsocentral setae 1-4: 45-75; 10-23; 50-75; 40-60µm long (n=3). No pearl row.
Abdomen: Hook rows on tergites continuous; hooks III 20-34, IV 18-37, V 18-32 (n=4). Abdominal segments II-V dorsally nearly covered with small points except for the adhesion marks; VI-VIII progressively less extensively armed (no anterior transverse band of strong points). Posterior teeth III 7-10µm; IV 7-10µm long (n=3). Segment VIII with one of the lateral setae long and conspicuous (050k.jpg).
Anal segment: Anal lobe ratio 1.1, 1.2 (n=2). Anal lobes without fringe. Length of anal macrosetae 0.84-1.1x length of the anal lobe (n=3) (050k.jpg).

Distribution
Holarctic species: widespread in Europe, circum-Mediterranean.
