Diagnosis
Exuviae 3.2-3.7mm long (n=6), usually very transparent, sometimes a little infuscated.
Cephalothorax: Cephalic tubercles short conical (136i.jpg). Thoracic horn apically rounded, somewhat parallel-sided (135i.jpg), 98-130µm long (n=4); ThR 4.8-6.5 (n=3). Thoracic horn seta 55-95µm long, 0.6-0.7x horn length (n=3); setae along one edge and at tip. Pearl row absent.
Abdomen: Tergites II-VI each with an anterior pair of point patches; ArR II-VI 0.5-0.72 : 0.93-1.2 : 1.0 : 0.87-1.04 : 0.67-0.8 (n=4). Armament tergite IV strong, 60-75µm long (n=4). Comb of segment VIII 43-65µm wide; with 5-8 marginal teeth (n=4); with very few dorsal points. Lateral taeniae of segments VI-VIII: 3,3,5.
Anal segment: Fringe of anal lobe with 30-47 taeniae (n=5).

Widespread in Europe (not Mediterranean).
