Thoracic horn long (385-470µm), often with sparse minute teeth, dark grey or black, but brittle and frequently fragmentary, or missing; 1 precorneal seta small and thin, the other 2 long and robust (085b.jpg). Segments II-VI usually each with a distinct dark posterior transverse band. Pedes spurii B present on segment II (085c.jpg).
