711a. Sternites IV-VII with a transverse pair of toothed humps postero-medially. Similar toothed humps are also present on tergites III-VII (053h.jpg); on tergite II there is a posterior row or narrow band of teeth which is usually broken medially, and on tergite VIII there is a continuous band of points posteriorly. Thorax smooth.

711b. Sternites with the transverse toothed bands continuous medially. Posterior point bands on tergites II-VII broken medially but the gap armed with scattered points. Thorax wrinkled near suture or granulate.
