Diagnosis (Material leg. J.J. Casas.)
Exuviae 6.1, 7.2mm long (n=2).
Colour: Contrast in colour between thorax and abdomen not so strongly marked: specimens dark anteriorly also have the abdomen infuscated; outer margin of the anal lobes coloured except at base.
Cephalothorax: Cephalic tubercles LxB 50x46, 80x60µm (n=2). Frontal setae 46, 50µm long (n=2). Basal ring of thoracic horn 66x40, 76x45µm; tracheal patch 44x16, 60x24µm (n=2); 7, 10 tracheoles across (n=2); 2.5µm in diameter. Tracheolar patch of thoracic horn without an "eye". Thoracic granulation distinct only anteriorly, otherwise smooth or vaguely reticulate.
Abdomen: Hook row II entire, length of row 0.64x width tergite; hooks 76 (n=1). Armament of tergites less strongly reduced anteriorly, e.g. on tergite III the points between the anterior adhesion marks still quite sturdy, the point patch appearing cut off anterior to the adhesion marks. Armament of tergites II-VI not so strongly waisted and with the posterior transverse band not successively increasing in extent to tergite VI; usually reduced on VI. Sternite II with lateral shagreen bands restricted to anterior half or less. Pleura of segment IV smooth, or with a very few scattered spinules. Comb of segment VIII with 1, 2 stout teeth, set on the end of an elongate ventral cuticular mound which exceeds appreciably the apico-lateral corner of the segment. Lateral taeniae on segments V-VIII: 4,4,4,5.
Anal segment: Anal lobe with 58, 64 fringe taeniae (n=2).
