Diagnosis
Exuviae 3.4-4.1mm long (n=9).
Cephalothorax: Cephalic tubercles absent. Frontal setae 95-130µm long (n=5). Base of antennal sheath with a minute tubercle, often indiscernible. Thoracic horn 260-470µm long (m=357µm, n=10); with minute spinules, 8-13µm long; ThR 17.5-23.2 (n=5) (144f.jpg). Posterior thoracic mound large. Wing sheaths rounded apically, pearl row absent.
Abdomen: Length hook row II 0.23-0.34x width tergite; hooks 59-80 (n=3). Spine bands of tergite III situated further back on the tergite and overlap setae D5, bands curved outwards so that if the line of the spine bases is extended posteriorly it cuts the lateral margin of the segment (144g.jpg). Tergites IV and V with the armament arranged in longitudinal bands. Armament tergite IV strong, 165-214µm long (m=197µm, n=14). ArR III-VI 0.5-1.09 : 1.0 : 0.37-0.48 : 0.15-0.30 (n=13). Armament of tergite IV with more or less equally long spines for the whole length, longest spine 85-110µm long; IV 60-86µm long (n=17); longest spine IV : III 0.69-0.89 (n=17). Postero-lateral comb of segment VIII 38-77µm wide (m=59µm, n=16); with 6-11 marginal teeth (m=8.6, n=17). Lateral taeniae of segments V-VIII: 0,0,2(0),5.
Anal segment: Fringe of anal lobe with 42-68 taeniae (m=51.4, n=17), forming a complete series.
