Diagnosis (n=4)
Exuviae 5.4-6.5mm long (064-1.jpg).
Cephalothorax: Frontal setae 20-35µm long. Thoracic horn elongate, 565-645µm long, coarsely toothed on the margins and finely toothed between (064b.jpg). Thorax with a conspicuous black tooth mid-dorsally close to the suture. Dorsocentral setae 2 and 3 close together; 1 and 4 well-separated from them.
Abdomen: Armament of tergites II-V restricted; an anterior transverse band and a postero-median patch of points; on VI this pattern is reduced. Tergites II-VIII posteriorly with transverse bands of dark brown or black teeth (064c.jpg). Sternites IV/V/VI-VIII also with dark teeth, similar to those on the tergites, but becoming progressively stronger on succeeding segments, at least on VIII medially divided and each half set upon a rounded mound. Sternites II-V with an anterior transverse band of spinules extended medially for much of the sternite length. Lateral setae II-IV 4, well-developed, 120-160µm long; Lateral taeniae of segments V-VII 4, VIII 5.
Anal segment: Anal lobes taper to the bluntly rounded apex which bears three macrosetae (064d.jpg); length of setae 0.27-0.32x lobe length; fringe absent. Anal lobe ratio 2.2-2.4.
