Diagnosis (Material in coll. Serra-Tosio)
Exuviae 3.29-4.5mm long (n=10).
Colour: Pale tan with antero-lateral corners of the tergites brown; anterior edge of tergites and lateral adhesion marks faintly brownish; anterior transverse apodemes well-developed, golden-brown. Teeth golden (25µm long) set on mounds tinged with yellow.
Cephalothorax: Frontal setae 210-300µm long (n=6). Thoracic horn 300-504µm long (n=6); ThR 24-34 (n=6). Precorneal setae 1-3: 85; 200; 140µm long. Thorax granulate.
Abdomen: Rarely less than 7 teeth in tooth row of tergite II. Segments VI and VII dorsally each with 4-10 teeth. Total dorsal teeth II-VIII 39-62 (n=7). Total ventral teeth III-VIII 46-62 (n=8). Armament of tergite II reduced to some scattered points in front of anterior adhesion marks (031g.jpg). Shagreen points of tergite III 5µm long. Relative length segments IX:VIII:VII = 1.0:0.59:0.84; relative width segments IX:VIII:VII = 1.0:1.2:1.4. Segment VIII 2.9 and segment VII 2.3 times as wide as long. Lateral setae of segments II-VII long; setae 1-4 of segment III 109; 110; -- 115; 90µm long.
Anal segment: Anal lobe ratio 1.4. Each anal lobe with 3 macrosetae; length macrosetae 0.65-0.95x lobe length (n=7).
